Gene Overmyer

Having nearly 20 years of experience in the Energy Services Industry, as well as being the former chairmen of a major NYSE company with a degree in accounting from Indiana University, Gene displays the wisdom and knowledge to lead our team. Gene’s been involved with the HUD PHA program ever since it began in 1992. He knows it is first a financial program, and second a technical program.
His impressive background has produced lucrative success stories for many of our clients. Gene maintains extensive relationships with lenders and oversees the company’s financial growth and success.

James Higgins

Over 20 years of construction and project management experience –including nearly 10 years of direct PHA EPC experience—have made James into an industry leader in his field. By handling every aspect of project management from energy conservation measure selection to direct sub-contractor management, he ensures that our clients have the job done right the first time. James recently passed the exams for Certified Energy Manager and Certified Energy Auditor and will be certified next year. He’s always working on getting another GC license. He’s a busy man – and he’s the right person for your job.

Gary is responsible for our financial operations, oversight of financing, and back-office supervision. Having over 20 years of progressive financial expertise and a degree in accounting as well as an advanced MBA, he is a valuable asset to our team. A natural leader, Gary is also a baseball fanatic and has been a Little League coach for years.
